Hi, I’m Gina Moore-Herring. Those closest to me call me, “G”. I am a multi-layered individual with many talents, gifts, wisdom, and experience. I am a proud Native New Yorker, mother of two amazing girls, and a graduate of NYU.

Growing up I was extremely creative. I reveled in expressing myself through vibrant fashion choices, engaging in playful antics like dancing around the house, and crafting imaginative characters through short storytelling. While embracing my creativity, I also had a keen interest in business and technology as I adhered to following the rules and enjoyed  Little did I know then that the convergence of these two fields would shape the trajectory of my future.

After attending Fashion High School, and progressing to the Fashion Institute of Technology, the path was paved to my dream position at Calvin Klein where I worked as a fashion designer and retail supply chain specialist. Subsequently, my career took a pivotal turn when I joined Gerber Technology, dedicating over a decade of my career to mastering the significance of technology and automated processes within the global business landscape. This world of endless innovation inspired me to start my own consulting business which spanned over 20 years.

In my overall professional career, I have excelled in the technical space as a Business Transformation Strategist and Certified Change Management Practitioner. I've also flourished creatively as a writer, a producer of short films, and a Digital Content Creator. This creative journey led to the establishment of Big G lil g Visions, a service nurturing corporations and individuals through narrating their unique stories via visual storytelling. My creative endeavors have culminated in the publication of a children's book and has also earned me the distinction of having my work published in NYU's esteemed annual literary journal, further solidifying my reputation in both the creative and business worlds.

I am fortunate to say that my “can do” fearless approach to my career and life has allowed me to gain a lifetime of experience, build lifelong business networks, travel the world and know there is still so much more work to do.
