Adrienne is a creative and visionary Retail Executive specializing in Fashion Merchandising and Design with over 40 years of progressive experience.  Adrienne demonstrates expertise in team leadership and has a proven track record in driving sales and margin growth.  She is a collaborative and inspirational thought leader who combines strategic planning and hands on tactical execution to achieve results.

Adrienne was formerly a SVP/GMM with the Ascena Retail Group and has held numerous executive roles at leading specialty and department stores including Chico’s, Christopher & Banks, Lane Bryant, Limited Brands and Macy’s. 

Beyond her expertise as a retail executive, Adrienne has leveraged her extensive corporate travel into a source of inspiration and financial opportunity.  She is a brand ambassador for an Inc. 5000 travel group and is an independent travel advisor.

Adrienne has been a pioneer in the retail industry and the plus size segment.  She is deeply committed to mentoring and nurturing future talent in academia, ensuring the next generation of leaders are equipped with the knowledge to be successful in the retail industry.

She was born and raised on Long Island, New York.  Adrienne holds a BS degree from HBCU Hampton University, Hampton Virginia.  She serves on the Industry Advisory Board for LIM College.
